Which areas are covered?

Jazz covers both UK and International venues. Please contact us with your venue details to ensure that your area is covered.

Can you come to my house on the day?

Jazz will come to you whether your venue is at home, at a hotel or any other location. Travel charges may apply (Avoid travel charges by visiting our studio)

How soon before the wedding should I book a trial?

Due to volume of enquiries, it is wise to have a trial as soon as possible, most of Jazz’s bookings are taken at least 10 months in advance.

Which cosmetics are used?

Jazz mainly uses MAC cosmetics. If you have sensitive skin or have experienced problems with MAC cosmetics please let us know as soon as possible so that we can cater for your needs.

When should I pay the final balance?

The balance is payable on the day of your event.

How can I secure my wedding date in the diary?

We require a £200 non-refundable deposit* for any bookings. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book as advanced as possible.

What if I decide to cancel my booking?

Due to Jazz’s demand, once your booking is taken, your deposit is non-refundable.*

How long does it take to do my hair and make-up on the day?

Please allow up to 2 hours.

What if I need to re-touch my make-up during the day?

Your make-up has been applied to last all day, however we always advise brides to have additional products handy on them like blotting sheets and lipstick for top ups.

How many people can you do on the wedding day?

Usually three to four. This can be discussed at your trial session.
